Due to the current global crisis there will be temporary changes to our return policy. If you receive something and need to exchange we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible (contact must be made within 14 days of you receiving the item) but we will be extending our period to physically return an item. We will accept exchanges or returns for store credit for 14 days after we reopen (this may change as things progress such as if more time will be needed we will reevaluate). We do not want you to worry about being stuck with an incorrect size or an item you are not fond of and as always we are here to help with fit advice. If you are not a local customer and need to mail the item back to us we will also be letting the time period be extended until it is safe to do so but we ask that you do please contact us prior to shipping an item back (we need to ensure it will be possible for us to accept a delivery). All exchanges and returns will follow the same guidelines and must be unworn, with tags attached. As always, sale items will continue to be final sale. As usual we do not issue refunds, returns are for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges must take place no later than 2 weeks after your package has arrived. We do not accept returns. We do not refund shipping charges. We accept 1 exchange per original transaction, meaning, you can not exchange for an item because you chose the wrong size, and then exchange your exchanged item because you again chose the wrong size. We seriously stress the importance of asking for assistance with sizing when needed, our sales assistants can flat measure garments, tell you about the fabric and the stretch, the length of the hem and many other things that could affect the fit, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When purchasing items with code “PICKUP” items must be picked up within 14 days or we consider these items to be abandoned. No refunds will be given. This also applies for items that have been altered, you have 14 days to pick up these items.
